Prices are exclusive of GST and shown with 18% GST added. Phones and tablets paired with a licensed desktop are included and are not counted as licences.
How paying works
UPI, verified by a person
We show a UPI QR, the exact amount and a payment note with your order number. Pay from any UPI app, then submit the 12-digit UTR, the payer UPI ID and a screenshot.
Active within 24 hours
You get your licence key straight away. We check the payment against our bank statement and activate it - your licence year starts from the moment we verify, not when you ordered.
Renewal without losing days
Reminders at 30, 7 and 1 day before expiry. Renewing early adds a full year to your existing end date, so early renewal never costs you time.
Move it to another computer
A licence is tied to one computer at a time. Release it from your account or the app, then activate elsewhere - twice a year on your own, and support handles the rest.
What it costs you if things go wrong
The awkward questions, answered before you pay rather than after.
What happens when a licence expires?
The app becomes read-only - never locked. Every record stays open, printable and exportable, and all of it is still in your own Google Sheet.
Can I get a refund?
Duplicate and mistaken payments are refunded in full, no argument. After a licence is activated we do not refund - that is what the free trial is for. The full policy is on the refunds page.
What if my computer dies?
Release the licence from your FitKliq account and activate it on the new machine. A hardware change that alters the computer’s identity does not count against your two moves a year - support resets it.
Do prices go up at renewal?
Renewal is at the price in effect when you place the renewal order. The reduced additional-computer price applies only while your gym has another paid licence active, so renewing your last remaining licence is priced as a first licence.
Is GST included in the listed price?
No. Listed prices are exclusive of GST, and 18% is added at checkout. The payable total is shown on every card above and again before you pay.
