Who to write to when something has gone wrong, and how long we will take.
Last updated 21 October 2026
If something we have done with your personal data is wrong, or a data request of yours has not been handled properly, this is the person to write to. We are required to publish this contact under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, and we would want to hear about it anyway.

What to write to us about
- A data request - access, correction, erasure or nomination - that we did not answer, or answered badly.
- Personal data of yours that you believe we hold wrongly or have used wrongly.
- A complaint about how we handled your account, order, invoice or refund.
- Content on this website that you believe is unlawful.
What to include
So we can resolve it on the first reply rather than the third:
- Your name and the email address on your FitKliq account.
- What happened, and when.
- What you would like us to do.
- Any order number, invoice number or earlier support email.
How long we take
| Step | Timeline |
|---|---|
| We acknowledge your complaint | Within 72 hours |
| We resolve it, or explain why we cannot | Within 30 days |
| Unlawful-content complaints | Acknowledged within 36 hours, acted on within 15 days |
If we do not resolve it
You may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act. Doing so does not require you to wait for us, but in practice it is faster to let us fix it first.
A note on your gym’s members
If you are a member of a gym that uses FitKliq and you want to see, correct or delete your records, we are not the right people to ask - we do not have your data. Your gym holds it, in its own Google account, and your gym is the Data Fiduciary responsible for it. Please contact your gym directly; if they need help finding the feature, point them at us.
