When you set up FitKliq, the app asks your permission to create and manage the files it creates in your Google Drive - your gym’s spreadsheet and the small backend script that serves it. It cannot read anything else in your Drive, and the permission is stored encrypted on your computer, never with us.
On this website we handle one thing: your FitKliq business account. Your name and email from Google sign-in, your gym’s billing details and your licence - set out in full in our privacy policy. Google user data is used only to provide these features, and is never sold or used for advertising.

Install it on your computer
A normal Windows or Mac app, signed by us and downloaded from this site. No server to set up, nothing to configure.

Sign in with your gym’s Google account
FitKliq builds your gym’s own spreadsheet and backend inside that account. We never get a copy of any of it.

Run the gym
The front desk works offline all day. When there’s internet, your Google Sheet catches up by itself.

Does it need internet?
No. The app runs from your computer and keeps a full local copy of your data. Sync to your Google Sheet happens when there is a connection, and catches up when there isn’t.
What if FitKliq shuts down one day?
Your data is already in your own Google Sheet and stays readable without us. Our terms also cover an escrowed perpetual-licence release so existing installations keep working.
Can you see my members?
No. We have no access to your gym’s spreadsheet. We can see your account email, gym name, billing details and licence status - nothing else.
How long does payment verification take?
Normally within 24 hours on working days. We check each UPI payment against our bank statement by hand, and your licence year starts from the moment we verify it.
What happens when a licence expires?
The app becomes read-only - never locked. You can still open every record, print and export, and all of it is still in your own Google Sheet.
Try it for 7 days. Keep your data either way.
The trial is the whole application, with your real members in it. If FitKliq isn’t right for your gym, you’ll know inside a week - and you’ll have paid nothing.
