Check that it is really ours
Download only from fitkliq.com. Every installer is signed by AppSphere, and we publish a SHA-256 checksum next to each build.
- On Windows, the publisher shown by the installer must read AppSphere.
- On macOS, the app is notarised - Gatekeeper will open it without a warning.
- If a download came from anywhere else, delete it. An unofficial copy can read everything your gym types.
What you need before you start
- A Google account for the gym - a dedicated one, not a personal inbox.
- Two-step verification switched on for that account.
- An internet connection for the first-time setup only.
- About fifteen minutes, once.
